1. Introduction
This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds are issued for SQLSSH licenses purchased through our website. SQLSSH is operated by PT Trendcas Global Digital ("we," "our," or "us").
By purchasing a license to use SQLSSH, you agree to this Refund Policy and our Terms of Service.
2. 14-Day Refund Guarantee
We provide a 14-day refund window for digital purchases. We extend this guarantee to all of our customers worldwide.
If you are not entirely satisfied with SQLSSH, or if you made a purchase by mistake, you are entitled to request a full refund within 14 calendar days from the date of transaction. No questions asked.
3. Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for a refund under this policy, you must meet the following conditions:
- Your refund request must be submitted within 14 days from the date of the original purchase.
- The license being refunded has not been engaged in any fraudulent activity or system abuse.
- Upon the issuance of a refund, the associated license key will be automatically deactivated and you must cease using the premium features of SQLSSH.
4. Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. Paddle acts as the legal merchant for all SQLSSH license transactions, handling payment processing, taxes, and initial customer support queries related to billing.
5. Purchases via Apple App Store & Google Play Store
If you purchased your SQLSSH license or subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store (In-App Purchases), different refund policies and procedures apply as these transactions are managed directly by Apple and Google, respectively:
- Apple App Store: Apple maintains strict control over all transactions and billing. We are unable to process refunds directly for purchases made through the App Store. To request a refund, you must contact Apple directly by visiting Apple's Report a Problem page. Apple's own refund rules and timelines will apply.
- Google Play Store: For purchases made on Android via the Google Play Store, you can request a refund within 48 hours of the purchase directly through Google Play. If that window has passed, you may request a refund by emailing our billing support at billing@trendcas.com with your Google Play order ID, and we will review and process it if eligible under our 14-day window.
6. How to Request a Refund
For purchases made directly via our website:
All transactions are securely processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. To ensure the fastest processing and avoid operational delays, all refund requests within the 14-day window should be submitted directly through Paddle:
- Via Purchase Confirmation Email: Open the purchase receipt or invoice email you received from Paddle at the time of purchase. Click on the "Contact Support" or "Need Help with this Order?" link at the bottom of the email to initiate a refund request instantly.
- Via Paddle Buyer Support: You can also contact Paddle’s buyer support team directly through their official help channel to request a cancellation and refund.
Once Paddle approves and processes your refund, their system will automatically notify our servers. The associated SQLSSH license key will be deactivated immediately, and the funds will be returned to your original payment method.
(Note: The "Cancel" option available within the SQLSSH desktop application is strictly for canceling future subscription renewals to prevent next-month billing and does not automatically trigger a refund for past transactions).
For mobile in-app purchases:
Please follow the instructions outlined in Section 5 above depending on whether you purchased via iOS or Android.
7. Refund Processing and Timelines
Once a refund is approved by our team or Paddle:
- The refund will be processed back to the original payment method used during the transaction.
- The time it takes for the refunded amount to appear in your account depends on your payment provider, but typically takes between 5 to 10 business days.
- You will receive a refund confirmation email once the transaction has been completed.

If you are experiencing technical difficulties with the SQLSSH application, we encourage you to contact our support team at admin@trendcas.com before requesting a refund. Our team will do our best to resolve any issue you encounter.
