Account Deletion Instructions

Overview
We respect your privacy and provide you with options to manage your account. You can request the deletion of your SQLSSH account and all associated personal data at any time. Below are the two primary methods to submit your request.
Data Deletion & Retention
Since we operate on a zero-knowledge basis, the only cloud-side data we store is related to your user license and telemetry account. Upon receiving your deletion request and verifying your identity:
- Your licensing profile, registered email, and login credentials will be permanently erased from our licensing databases.
- Any associated premium subscription or license keys linked to this account will be revoked.
- We will process your request and complete the data erasure within 3-7 business days.
Note on Local Data: All your connection configurations, workspace panels, and query tabs remain 100% under your control on your physical device. To wipe this local data, simply clear the application's storage or uninstall SQLSSH from your device.
